January Update and Mr. PVHS/Sponsor Info

Winter Conditioning is in full swing and we invite anyone who isn't in a winter sport to get out and join us. It is really important to be working out right now to help each athlete stay healthy when the full season starts in February and to start getting in shape.

Workout schedule: 
    Sprints - (1/16-1/21) Tuesday, Thursday, Friday after school
        (1/23 through the start of the season) Monday, Wednesday, Friday after school
    Throws - whenever you can
    Distance - Monday 1/16: 8a at Warner Valley Exit, Tuesday-Friday after school, Tues&Thur 6:15a

Sponsors Papers (or get them from Coach Holt's room)
We need to get our sponsors for Mr. PVHS RIGHT NOW! Please go find a businesses (or even family members/friends) who would like to sponsor the Mr. PVHS 5K and the PV Invite. - sponsorship explained on papers. The 5K is what the Track team does to raise money for Mr. PVHS and we challenge everyone of you to get at least 1 sponsor. If each member of our team could get 1 sponsor, we could donate $3000 plus dollars to Hayden and his family (plus whatever we raise for runners registering for the race)! This is also a great time to reach out and see if these business would like to donate to help sponsor the PV Invite. So get your sponsor papers and start getting some donations! To be on the Mr. PVHS shirt, sponsors will need to be turned in by 1/25 (but we will still take donations after this time). When turning in money to the PVHS Finance Office, make sure you tell them it is for a "Track Sponsor" (same with if your sponsor uses Venmo... have them label it as a track sponsor). Then after turning in your paperwork, Coach will transfer the correct money for Mr. PVHS to that account.
