May 1 - 6 JR Region and Sentinel Invite (Cedar JV and Invite Recap) **Updated with Itinerary for Sentinel**

It's incredible that we are finishing up another school year and season already. This has been a truly historic season for PV track and there is no better way to end it than historically! The JV crew has JV Region this Tuesday and then the Varsity runners will be headed up to Mt. Ridge HS for the Sentinel Invite on Friday. Next week we have Region, and then on to State.

A quick announcement to remind everyone that if you got a new uniform this year and haven't paid for it, please do. Fines will be added to your school accounts this week. $35 for the top and $25 for shorts/spandex.

Also an important reminder about transportation rules: Athletes are only allowed to drive themselves or with their own parents. Athletes you cannot drive with your friends or with anyone who is not your guardian (including other family members and neighbors), unless a written plan is approved by PVHS administration before the meet. Parents and athletes, thanks for following this district rule, it helps us keep our athletes safe.

Final announcement for this week: 8th graders through Juniors, plan on getting your physicals for next year (everyone needs a new one each school year) at PVHS on Monday, May 8th. Get paperwork from the office and have the prephysical and insurance info complete and all parent signatures done prior to coming to do your physical.
